People can improve credit by using cards

According to many finance experts, using a credit card can be beneficial to consumers who know how to use the payment processing method effectively.

According to John Kiernan, a blogger for WalletBlog, consumers who use credit cards will be able to build up a "solid" credit history and have a better chance of obtaining a mortgage, leasing a car or getting hired for a job. He writes that using the plastic payments is also an effective way to buy time if a balance can't be paid immediately.

"For most of us, there comes a time when - for whatever reason - we cannot pay our bills in full by the end of the month. Zero percent credit cards give us the ability to pay down these bills interest-free for as long as 21 months," he wrote.

Other financial experts have touted the benefits of using credit cards. In a recent article for Digital Recordings, Clinton Hesler wrote that store owners with the right payment processing service can increase profits.
