Received the first two terminals and called Tech Support for the necessary work to be completed prior to first use. The terminals had to be reconfigured to reflect the correct broker name the 50 cent surcharge for debit. The young man that we dealt with over the phone was a chap by the name of "Nate" and I must admit he did a superb job of talking us through the necessary changes. It was a pleasure to deal with such a knowledgeable individual, my hats off to your tech department and Nate.
